Terms and Conditions:
Qualifications: You must have an established brick and mortar store to purchase wholesale. We do, however allow businesses who operate within an antique mall and popup shop to purchase wholesale. All products are to be purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you.
Packaging: The products come ready to display. Labels cannot be removed from the candles or alter the product/packaging in any way.
Selling: You are strictly prohibited from selling Katie Cloud Soy Candles on e-Bay, Amazon, or any other online site. However, if you own a brick-and-mortar store or booth business, you are allowed to sell the candles on your website. Katie Cloud Home products cannot be sold below Katie Cloud Home retail price. You may price your KCH products at any amount as long as it is the same or more than the suggested retail price. Sales are allowed for out of season items.
The wholesale account will not be permitted to distribute to another wholesale account for resale.
Products: All of KCH products are individually handmade. As with any hand-crafted product, slight variances may occur and are a natural part of the “handmade” process.

***Room + Linen Spray*** – Wholesale - 8.00 | Retail - 16.00 (sold in increments of 12, you may mix scents in a box)
***Car Diffusers*** - Wholesale - 8.00 | Retail - 15.00 ( sold in increments of 12, you may mix scents in a box)
***Dry Oils*** - Wholesale - 14.00 | Retail - 24.00 (sold in increments of 12, you may mix scents in a box)

Shipping/Handling: Orders are shipped via UPS. All orders are shipped within 10 business days after payment is received. If there are any unforeseen circumstances that cause a shipping delay, you will be notified.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. If shipping cost is over charged, you will be reimbursed for overages. *PLEASE SELECT UPS SHIPPING OPTION AT CHECK OUT* The free shipping option is NOT for wholesale orders.

Returns: All sales are final. No buy backs or returns.
Shipping Damages: Your wholesale order will come insured. If you have a shipping damage claim, you must contact Katie Cloud Home within 48 hours or delivery.
Katie Cloud Home Soy Candles reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change with notice on the website or via email.
