Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
As a small business we do not issue refunds or accept exchanges and returns due to the nature of our products. However, if your product is damaged we will replace your items with the original item ordered. If you recieve the wrong items or are missing an item we will also glady get this fixed right away.
You must reach out to us within 7 days of delivery of your package. Please send photos of the damaged items along with your order number to katiecloudhome@gmail.com
